Can I access the catalog from home?
Certainly - the library's catalog (CALVIN) is accessible at any time, from any location. Either go to the library home page (http://www.barbourlibrary.org) or directly to the catalog (http://innovative.pts.edu). A text-only version of the catalog is also available if you have special vision requirements: telnet://innovative.pts.edu (the login is "library").

To remotely access databases which require authentication, you must have a library account in good standing and the barcode number from your library card.

What newspapers do you get?
Current issues of the
are on the coffee table in the current periodical reading area. Several weeks' issues are kept on metal shelves near the beginning of the current periodicals. Only about 3 months worth of back issues are kept and for these, ask at the circulation desk.
